Join Aura Self & Soul Care founder Alyssa Baker for an elevated one-hour sound bath and guided meditation experience. This deeply intentional, high-vibrational journey goes beyond relaxation to true energetic transformation.

For many of us, the nervous system has been trained to equate vigilance with safety. Staying alert. Staying prepared. Staying slightly braced for what might go wrong. Over time, that state can begin to feel normal, even when nothing is actually happening.

Wired for Fear: Choosing Safety is a one-hour sound bath designed to gently interrupt that pattern.

Through grounding sound and minimal guided meditation, this session supports your body in noticing where it is still holding unnecessary tension without forcing change. Instead of pushing into calm, we create space for your system to recognize that not everything requires a response.

There is nothing to fix here. Only patterns to witness.

And the beginning of something quieter: the possibility that safety doesn’t have to be earned through control, overthinking, or constant readiness.

Because you don’t have to stay on guard to stay safe.

👕 Wear: Whatever makes you feel comfortable, this is a fully reclining experience.
