Soundbath with Alyssa - 6/20/24 | 7-8pm

Join Aura Self & Soul Care founder Alyssa Baker for a transformative one-hour sound bath and reiki experience that will transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

In this class, Alyssa will guide you on a sonic journey using a variety of healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and gongs. As the resonant sounds wash over you, they will gently release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of harmony and well-being.

Allow the soothing vibrations to envelop your mind, body, and spirit, as you are transported to a meditative state of bliss. Whether you are seeking to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, or simply reconnect with your inner self, this sound bath with Alyssa will leave you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and aligned with your true essence. No prior experience is necessary. Just bring your open heart and a willingness to embrace the healing power of sound. 

• Class Details: June 20th | 7-8pm | Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to set up your yoga mat and get comfortable
• Bring: A yoga mat, light blanket (optional), eye mask (optional), pillows (optional)
• Wear: whatever you're comfortable in. This class is spent laying down.
